Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design concept to construction completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design concept to construction completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects.
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and quality of work.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1700$

Location: Washington

Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or other foreign countries who hold a valid biometric passport. Part-time positions may also be available for candidates with limited English proficiency. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered for this role.
