Android Developer



We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our growing team in Atlanta. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications for Android devices. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create high-quality, user-friendly apps that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshoot and debug issues on the Android platform
- Ensure that all app development is in compliance with industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience developing applications for the Android platform
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or SQLite
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing native apps for iOS is a plus
- Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices for mobile app development
- Understanding of mobile app security protocols
Salary: 1600$ per month with potential for growth
Location: Atlanta
