Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Riyadh

Our upscale fine dining restaurant in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, a strong background in fine dining, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Develop and maintain high quality menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus benefits including visa sponsorship.
