Senior Architect


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vianden. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main duties will include creating design concepts, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for new construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following the planned design
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with other benefits. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who have fluent English proficiency.
