Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Lead design teams in creating architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance to construction teams
- Review technical specifications and materials to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they stay within approved limits
- Provide regular progress reports to clients, highlighting any issues or delays that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- At least 7 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
This position is based in Vianden with occasional travel within Pakistan required.
