We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee all stages of construction, from initial design to final inspection
- Ensure that all building plans comply with local regulations and codes
- Conduct on-site visits to oversee progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep track of project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects or interns working on projects under your supervision

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)
