Freelance Translator (English-Russian)


Our translation agency is seeking a skilled Freelance Translator to join our team in St. Petersburg. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket for foreign candidates. We are looking for a fluent English speaker with experience in translating from English to Russian and vice versa. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Translate various types of documents from English to Russian and vice versa
- Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy and clarity
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific translation needs
- Research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate translations
- Collaborate with our team of translators to maintain consistency in translations

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and Russian
- Proven experience as a translator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics or relevant field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Proficiency in translation software and tools
