We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together. You will work on a variety of projects, including construction, manufacturing, and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal
- Cut metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and plasma cutters
- Use welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, and ARC) to join metal parts together
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and strength to work with heavy materials and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Own visa or legal right to work in the US (preferably Indian nationality)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
