Welder for Structural Steel Fabrication in Las Vegas, USA

We are seeking a skilled Welder for our Structural Steel Fabrication company in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, particularly with structural steel, and will be able to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents. The Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding various metal structures according to specifications, as well as inspecting finished products for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welding and fabricating structural steel components according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Operating welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspecting finished products for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
- Following all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder, preferably with structural steel fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Must have own welding equipment (helmet, gloves, etc.)
- Experience with operating other metalworking tools (grinders, saws) is a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip airfare for the selected candidate.
