Crane Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials according to project plans and specifications
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
- Monitor load weights and communicate with ground crew to ensure proper rigging and positioning
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, including log books and maintenance reports
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan lifts and coordinate tasks
- Train new operators on proper crane operation techniques

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid Crane Operator Certification from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes, as well as their capabilities, limitations, and maintenance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and use hand signals for communication with ground crew
- Good physical condition with the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
