Entry-Level Gardener


We are hiring an Entry-Level Gardener for our landscaping company in Los Angeles, USA. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces and gardens for our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, weeding, watering, and pruning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment
- Assist in the design and implementation of new garden layouts
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for pest control or fertilization when necessary
- Communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for gardening is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred

Working Conditions:
As this is an entry-level position, we will provide on-the-job training. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required during busy seasons. This position is open to all genders.
