Network and Systems Administrator

We are currently hiring for the position of Network and Systems Administrator in Akron, USA. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's computer network systems. Your main duties will include installing, configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software, ensuring network security and backup systems, and providing technical support to users.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network.
- Perform routine backups to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
- Stay updated with new technologies in the field of networking.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Freshers with the required skills are welcome to apply.
