Equipment Operator



We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used in construction, mining, or other industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and maps to complete tasks according to specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored when not in use

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Valid driver's license required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
