Equipment Operator


We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other construction tasks. You must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, or other drawings to determine job requirements
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
- Use hand tools or other equipment as needed for construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, or other drawings
- Knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Akron

Preference: Indian nationality preferred but not required
