We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and senior management
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess project requirements, and monitor progress
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed
- Conduct regular quality control checks on deliverables to maintain high standards of work
- Proactively identify potential issues or risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities
