Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Akron is seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our company, the Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design projects, from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of architectural design projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and develop creative solutions that meet their needs
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Review project proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, and other project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote future business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Biometric passport or eligibility for work in the United States
