Entry-Level Nurse in Bungoma, Kenya (Indian Applicants Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Take vital signs, record patient information and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
- Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor
- Provide basic wound care and assist with dressing changes
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or physician
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Assist with basic diagnostic tests such as blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, etc.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the relevant regulatory body
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior healthcare professionals
