Plumbing Technician

As a plumbing technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be required to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, as well as provide recommendations for repairs or replacements. This role requires physical labor and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in plumbing
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions for repairs or replacements.
- Follow local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Use various tools such as wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, soldering tools, etc. to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members or contractors on larger projects.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Working hours may vary depending on the project schedule. You may also be required to work evenings or weekends depending on client needs. This job may involve working in confined spaces or at heights. Protective gear will be provided when necessary.

Location:
