We are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You must have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent communication skills to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a florist role, knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements using various types of flowers and plants
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by offering suggestions and recommendations for floral designs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in floral design
- Handle payments from clients in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous training or certification in floristry is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a florist
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative eye for design
- Customer service oriented
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Biometric passport is required
