Factory Machine Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines according to standard operating procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of machines
- Complete production reports and maintain records of machine performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of different types of machinery and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints, diagrams, etc.
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating production rates
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees along with free visa sponsorship and airfare to Nakuru.
