Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Salalah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals with or without experience in the field of construction management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget
- Review project plans and specifications, identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Manage project budgets, materials, and labor costs effectively
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to relocate to Salalah and possess own valid visa (accommodation will be provided)
