Head Chef - Arabic Cuisine

As a Head Chef specializing in Arabic cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant located in Ar-Ruwais. Your role will involve creating and developing menus, managing food costs and inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that showcase traditional Arabic dishes with a modern twist
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Manage food costs by sourcing ingredients efficiently and minimizing waste
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain proper stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during service hours
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times to meet health codes and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting specializing in Arabic cuisine
- Proficiency in English language is required; knowledge of Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Arabic ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
