Executive Chef - Ar-Ruwais, English Speaking (Preference)


We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an English speaking establishment, we value candidates who are fluent in the language and have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and training staff to maintain our high standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that align with our restaurant's concept and target market
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, portion control, and plating presentation
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events or special promotions
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and repair needs
- Maintain communication with management regarding budgeting, financial goals, and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire teamwork and motivate staff
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ingredients and techniques
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, safety standards, menu development
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Ar-Ruwais
