We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for employees and manage payroll
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus and ensure food quality and consistency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required
