As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Herzliya. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for our customers while maintaining high food quality and service standards. Your duties will include managing and training staff, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively manage the restaurant staff and interact with customers from different backgrounds.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional ideas that drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through upselling techniques or new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Indian languages being an advantage
- Must be eligible to work in Herzliya with own visa or work permit
- Availability for temporary accommodation during employment if needed
- Previous experience working in a restaurant in Herzliya is preferred but not required
