We are in need of a proactive and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Utena. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in efficiently
- Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and transport options
- Arrange reservations for guests at local restaurants, shows or events
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
