Part-Time Gardener
Our landscaping company in Washington is seeking a part-time Gardener with experience to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various gardens and outdoor spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, planting, and pruning in order to keep gardens looking neat and healthy
- Use gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Identify plant diseases and pests, and take appropriate measures to prevent or treat them
- Consult with clients to understand their garden preferences and make recommendations accordingly
- Install new plants or flowers to enhance the overall appearance of the garden
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for gardening tasks
- Ensure that all gardening work is done in a timely manner

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to use gardening tools properly
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule may vary depending on client needs but will typically require 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Washington but open to all nationalities. English proficiency is required.
