Online Consultant for Indian Contract Employment in Akron



We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Akron. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to Indian individuals seeking contract employment opportunities in the city.

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Akron, USA (Remote work possible)

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various online platforms to connect with Indian job seekers and provide them with information about contract employment opportunities in Akron
- Answer questions and address concerns regarding visa requirements, job responsibilities, and living expenses
- Assist with the application process and provide support throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of hired candidates
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of current contract job openings in Akron for potential candidates
- Act as a liaison between Indian candidates and employers in Akron to facilitate successful communication

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with Indian job seekers
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of visa regulations and processes for Indian citizens is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals from different backgrounds
- Comfortable using online platforms such as social media, job boards, and email for communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
