Entry-Level Restaurant Manager


We are hiring an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and staff performance.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers.
- Create work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
