Rental Company Manager
As the Rental Company Manager for our Mombasa branch, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental company. Your main duties will include managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of rental agents, mechanics, and administrative staff
- Train and develop employees to provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
- Monitor sales and rental trends to make strategic decisions for business growth
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair of rental vehicles to minimize downtime
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and expenses
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with other branches to share best practices and improve overall company performance

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management role within the rental industry
- Experience in sales, customer service, budget management, and team leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Biometric passport required
