Hotel Sales Manager (Malayalee Preferred) - Mombasa

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance on achieving sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably in Mombasa or surrounding areas
- Fluent in English (fluency in Malayalam is preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local market trends and competitors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

This is a contract position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Mombasa or have their own accommodation arrangements.
