Hotel Sales Manager (Nepali Speaking) - Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Nepali speaking Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the hotel industry and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to create packages and promotions that drive sales
- Train and motivate the sales team to reach their targets
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Mombasa area
- Fluent in Nepali language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
