Sales Representative - Indian National


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and increasing sales in the Indian community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers within the Indian community
- Promote and sell our products to meet sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales activities, including customer feedback and market analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Indian community
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics within the Indian community
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa/work permit for Kenya

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus commission based on performance.
