Restaurant Manager

We are in search of a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create schedules for employees and monitor their performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of finances, sales, and employee performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability

Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Nepali language is an asset
- Previous experience working in Malindi or East Africa is preferred
Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
