We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Malindi. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to cut and join metal parts, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints to determine the appropriate welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding and must be able to work with various materials, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation provided. Nepali candidates with valid visas are preferred but all qualified individuals are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate welding techniques
- Use specialized equipment to cut and join metal parts
- Operate welding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Ability to work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical strength and stamina
- Valid visa (Nepali candidates preferred)
