Job Title: Caregiver for Elderly in Malindi (Indian Nationals Preferred)



As a caregiver for elderly individuals in Malindi, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and medication management. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to promote the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record changes in the client's health status
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany clients on appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit or willing to obtain one
- Prior experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and other tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established care plans
