Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations at our warehouse in Malindi. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all goods are properly loaded and unloaded, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse
- Train and manage a team of loaders to ensure efficient operations
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Ensure that all goods are loaded and unloaded correctly and safely
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules
- Handle any issues or complaints from clients regarding loading or unloading processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; additional training or certification in logistics is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably as a Loader Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English; fluency in Malayalam is an advantage
- Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Salary: 1300$ per month
