Factory Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating machinery in a factory setting, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines used in the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain accurate records of production data

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
