Rental Agent - Malindi, Kenya


We are seeking a Rental Agent to join our team at our rental company in Malindi, Kenya. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, including booking reservations, completing rental agreements, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their rental needs
- Answer questions and provide information about rental policies and procedures
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer's identification and ensure all necessary documents are provided
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
- Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep track of rental inventory and availability
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of any Indian language is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work without accommodation and have own visa

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
