Computer Support Specialist


We are a rapidly growing technology company based in the bustling city of Shan. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Provide end-user support through phone, email, or in-person communication
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in technology to provide the best support possible
- Implement security measures to protect against data breaches and cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1800 per month. As this position is based in Shan, we prefer candidates who are already living in the city. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We offer a collaborative work environment where you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

Note: This position may require occasional travel within Shan or to other cities for client visits.
