Industrial Alpinist in Shan, India

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Shan, India. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights in industrial settings, such as painting, cleaning, and maintenance. This job requires physical strength and endurance, as well as technical skills in rope access and safety procedures. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in high-pressure situations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month and accommodation provided. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist and be physically fit. A certification in industrial rope access techniques is also preferred. You must be able to handle heavy equipment and work well in a team environment. Good communication skills are essential for this job, as you will need to take instructions from supervisors and communicate with colleagues while working at heights.

As an Industrial Alpinist, your responsibilities will include conducting safety checks on equipment before use, setting up ropes for access to work areas, performing tasks such as painting or cleaning at heights using ropes and harnesses, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times. You may also be responsible for training new hires on proper rope access procedures.

This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. You must be comfortable with working at great heights and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
