We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns or malfunctions
- Diagnose problems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Order necessary parts for repairs and replacements
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
