Multilingual Moderator


Our fast-paced and dynamic company is seeking a Multilingual Moderator to join our team in Eschen. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content on various platforms in multiple languages, ensuring that it adheres to our company's standards and policies. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language, preferably Urdu or Tagalog for our Pakistani and Filipino audience. Responsibilities:
- Monitor various online platforms such as forums, social media, and websites for inappropriate content
- Review user-generated content and determine if it meets our company's standards
- Communicate with users regarding any violations and take appropriate actions
- Collaborate with team members to develop moderation guidelines and policies
- Provide support to users by responding to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Urdu or Tagalog (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag inappropriate content
- Experience in online moderation or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and other online communities is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
