As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner. Your main duties will include setting up machines, ensuring they are running correctly, monitoring production processes, and performing routine maintenance as needed. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making adjustments to the machines as necessary.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working with different types of machinery and possess strong technical skills. You should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. As a Machine Operator, you must be able to follow safety protocols at all times and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes to ensure machines are running correctly
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong technical skills with experience working with different types of machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs when required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if needed
