Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Mauren. As our Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, as well as accommodation provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades as needed.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you must have strong technical knowledge in networking and computer systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with network security protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Install new hardware and software upgrades
- Manage network security protocols
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Strong technical knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN), computer systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment (routers/switches/firewalls)
- Knowledge of network security protocols (VPN/IPSec/SSL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English
