Plasterer

We are hiring an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Mauren. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other finishes to walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be required to repair and maintain existing surfaces, ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plastering and possess strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Apply various types of plaster finishes to walls and ceilings according to project specifications
- Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in existing surfaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying primer before plastering
- Use hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns to apply plaster
- Mix and apply different types of plaster materials such as cement, lime, or acrylic-based compounds
- Ensure proper adhesion of plaster by leveling, smoothing, or texturing surfaces
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of waste materials
- Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasters and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification as a Plasterer or completion of an apprenticeship program
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
