Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Mauren. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including shift scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain financial performance by controlling costs, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets

Preferred:
- Experience managing multicultural teams is preferred but not required.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Mauren
