Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and existing structures. You will work with advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data, create maps and reports, and communicate findings to clients and colleagues. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and existing structures
- Create maps and reports using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, drones
- Strong knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: $1400 per month
