We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including commercial buildings, residential properties, and public structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Liechtenstein
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and timeline
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other professionals such as engineers and contractors

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated on latest trends, technologies, and materials in the field of architecture

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This position is open to Nepali nationals with experience in architectural design.
