Restaurant Manager



We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are on hand at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and inventory management
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
$900 per month

Note: This position is open to candidates from India or Africa. English speaking candidates are preferred. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for selected candidates.
